The location was mind-blowing! The hotel was super close to all the attractions and the amazing sightseeing bus. We booked an airport pick-up and it was a jaw-dropping experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The free car parking spaces were a huge plus. Can't wait to come back!

The location was 1 mile to greenmarket square. The gardens were nice here. Within a walking distance of Thali, where you can have lunch.
Nothing bad to say.

Some of popular places such as oranjezicht city farm were very close to this venue. Plenty of restaurants and bars you can select. Rondebosch district was worth staying in❤
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The Fritz Boutique Hotel in the vibey Gardens suburb of Cape Town is my place to be! The charming old building with stylish interior design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fine bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, nestled in a quiet area yet surrounded by vibrant restaurants and bars. I loved the fact that I could walk to nearby Kloof Street House restaurant for dinner without any security concerns. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail, making it a fantastic choice for a stay in Cape Town.
All was perfect - no improvements needed!

The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. It was surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, perfect for finding something to eat or for shopping. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a day of sightseeing. The friendly staff were always available to assist with any needs or questions I had.
I did experience some issues with the hot water in my room, which caused some inconvenience during my stay.

A quite, very neat accomodation, near the city centre.

The staff is great. They let me check in early and honored my lower rate from when I stayed before.
If possible, request rooms upstairs. The rooms downstairs are noisy (it's an old house with wooden floors, so you hear every step from upstairs), but the one's upstairs are wonderful and airy and have a view of the mountain.

The hotel is located in a vibrant suburb of Cape Town, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are cozy and offer a very comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious, with hot food options available upon request.
Although there are minor areas for improvement, overall, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and met our expectations.

We booked the budget room which was not comfortable, and when told the owner, he upgraded us for a much more expensive room for the same price! The staff is helpful , internet service is good , and there is a private parking which is a must in the city center. Location is perfect, walking distance from the center, but still quite. Very easy to reach to and from the main roads. Breakfast is very good.
Budget room is very noisy.
